Kota Zheng Zong Bak Kut Teh (Serangoon Gardens)

Just came to eat this on a lazy Saturday afternoon on 14 August 2021. Had this for a second visit again.

Apparently not much people dining in as compared to a few months back. More people came for "Takeaways" instead.

Noticed from the first visit several months ago, many people actually ordered this dish. So my wife just have to try it. So far Lettuce is ok. I will give it a 5.5.

However, the main star of all other dishes is none other than its Original Kota Tinggi Bak Kut Teh. This time, we added hennessy vsop, extra beancurd skin and mushroom. Well, the original premium taste of this Bak Kut Teh is superb ! This time with the addition of Hennessy VSOP, it seems to overpower the original by a little. However it is still good ! We eventually finish the soup and refill it again.

Of course, for my rating, i will give this a 8.

Lastly, this is the overall damage. I still feel its worth the money. One major reason was that the portion of the Bak Kut Teh is really good. Recommended to try this on your trip.
